At Box Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached before initiating your request.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at a local courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
